This series of trolley furnaces are mainly used for quenching, tempering and annealing, with an operating temperature range of 450-1400℃
Design features:
Heating is carried out from five directions, with better heating uniformity and faster speed.
The furnace door is lifted with the help of a motor or hydraulic drive, automatically remotely controlled, and safe and convenient to operate.
The trolley is driven by a front reducer, which is easy to maintain and convenient for remote control.
The full fiber insulation layer is more energy-efficient than ordinary refractory bricks, reaching more than 30%, which is particularly suitable for quenching furnaces that require rapid heating. The refractory fiber absorbs less heat, but has high insulation capacity and can reach the furnace chamber operating temperature within one hour.
The denser design of the furnace metal bottom plate ensures the long-term use of the equipment, without the need to replace high-wear parts, reducing the equipment maintenance cost and the scale of equipment investment.
The use of new resistance heaters is very convenient for replacement and maintenance.
The temperature control adopts digital PID adjustment, which can control the temperature of multiple zones according to customer requirements, and the temperature control is more accurate, not exceeding ±3.
Additional computer control systems will make operation simpler and data processing easier.
