Recently, our company successfully shipped one RT5 bogie-hearth resistance furnace. The furnace, with working dimensions of 2000×2000×1500mm, will be deployed to the customer's production site for pre-heating and tempering processes, providing a stable guarantee for improved production efficiency and product quality.
The delivered RT5 bogie-hearth resistance furnace is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system and an automated electrical control system, enabling automatic control of heating temperature, heating rate, and equipment operation, improving the stability of the heat treatment process and product consistency.
In terms of energy-saving design, the equipment uses new all-fiber insulation materials, achieving an overall energy-saving effect of over 15% compared to the traditional RT3 series bogie furnaces, effectively reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
