The RT series bogie hearth furnaces feature a multi-directional heating design, where heating is conducted from five directions simultaneously. This effectively enhances temperature uniformityand heating rates, ensuring more stable and consistent heating of workpieces. Equipped with high-performance heat-resistant structures, the equipment is ideal for production conditions requiring high heating speeds and precise temperature control.
Regarding operation and safety, the furnace door lifting system offers optional motor or hydraulic drives, supporting both automatic and remote control for smooth and reliable operation. The bogie (car) utilizes a front-mounted reducer drive structure, which is simple to maintain and supports remote control, significantly reducing labor intensity.
The RT series employs a full-fiber insulation structure, improving energy efficiency by over 30% compared to traditional refractory brick linings. This is particularly suitable for quenching processes requiring rapid heating. Due to the low heat storage and high thermal insulation of refractory fibers, the furnace can reach the set temperature in approximately one hour, greatly increasing production efficiency.
Additionally, the furnace hearth plates feature a more dense structural design, enhancing durability and reducing maintenance costs. The new resistance heater design allows for quick replacement and inspection, further improving maintainability.
In terms of temperature control, the series utilizes a digital PID regulation system. It can achieve multi-zone temperature control based on customer needs, with precision stabilized within ±3℃. An optional computer control system provides a more intuitive interface and efficient data management for modern intelligent production.
