Recently, we conducted a customer follow-up visit to a 12-meter large gas annealing furnace delivered last year. We re-optimized and debugged the burner's combustion status to ensure the equipment continues to maintain good combustion performance and operational status.
This equipment, measuring 12 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, is a relatively large industrial gas heating furnace in the region. It uses natural gas as heating fuel and is primarily used for post-weld heat treatment of large welded components, with a single charge capacity of approximately 100 tons.
The combustion system employs 12 high-speed burners with heat exchangers, combined with pulse control (for controlling flame size) and pneumatic valves, achieving stable and efficient combustion control and supporting remote and local operation. The control system uses a Siemens S7-200 POC systemand instrumentation, with a mature and reliable overall configuration.
The equipment utilizes an all-fiber structure and conventional insulation materials, conventional heating control, achieving a balance between insulation performance and operating costs. Currently, the equipment has been operating stably for 8 months, with natural gas consumption controlled at approximately 22cubic meters per ton of product, demonstrating stable overall operation and good energy efficiency.
This follow-up visit not only optimized and adjusted the combustion system but also further verified the stability and reliability of the equipment, providing a strong guarantee for the customer's continuous and stable production.
