Recently, our company successfully completed the production and acceptance of a pit-type gas carburizing furnace, which has been officially dispatched to a client’s site in Russia. This marks another significant milestone in our expansion within the international heat treatment equipment market and further enhances our global influence in the field of high-end thermal processing solutions.
The exported pit carburizing furnace was custom-designed and manufactured to meet the client's specific process requirements, primarily for the carburizing treatment of various mechanical components. Utilizing mature and reliable technical solutions in structural design, temperature control, and automation systems, the equipment offers superior temperature uniformity, stable carburizing quality, low energy consumption, and high operational reliability. It effectively improves the surface hardness and wear resistance of the workpieces.
Throughout the project execution, our technical team maintained close communication with the Russian client, optimizing the equipment’s structure and control system based on their product characteristics. Meanwhile, we strictly enforced quality standards during manufacturing, assembly, testing, and factory inspection to ensure the equipment met all technical specifications.
