Trolley-Type Structure for Easy Operation
The main body of the equipment adopts a trolley mechanism design, allowing the furnace pot to be moved out as a whole with the trolley. After the trolley enters the furnace body, the furnace door is sealed by turning the handwheel on the side of the equipment.
The furnace body is also equipped with a small circular furnace cover for feeding operations, with locking buckles on both sides for further tightening and ensuring a good seal.
Supports Negative Pressure Holding and Completes 24-Hour Leakage Test
Before the equipment leaves the factory, we have completed relevant pressure tests. After pressurizing the equipment to 1.5 kg, pressure changes and leakage are continuously monitored for 24 hours using a pressure gauge to verify the equipment's sealing performance.
Thermocouple Temperature Control, Trolley Can Be Moved Out for Cooling
The equipment is equipped with thermocouples for temperature monitoring during the heat treatment process. It also supports secondary furnace door opening. After completing the relevant processes, the trolley can be moved outwards as a whole, separating the furnace pot from the furnace body for convenient subsequent cooling operations.
