Recently, the custom-made drop bottom furnace for aluminum solution heat treatment and vertical quenchingproduced by our company has successfully completed installation and commissioning, and is now officially in production. This equipment is primarily used for the solution heat treatment of aluminum alloys. Through precise heating, rapid discharge, and efficient water quenching, it significantly enhances the strength, toughness, and comprehensive mechanical properties of aluminum products. System Configuration:The system consists of a vertical air-circulation heating furnace, a quenching water tank, a basket lifting mechanism, a door opening/closing system, a trolley movement system, a temperature control system, and a PLC automatic control system. The entire system features high automation and stable interlocked operation, ensuring a seamless transition from heating and transfer to water quenching.
