Recently, a 11000×4300×3000mm Bogie-hearth gas furnace, custom-manufactured by our company for a customer in Suzhou, was shipped to the customer's site for assembly on August 14th.
This equipment is mainly used for the heat treatment of large workpieces. It uses natural gas heating, with a maximum operating temperature of 800℃, a full-load heating rate ≥100℃/h, and a temperature control accuracy ≤±1℃. It can meet the requirements for heating rate, temperature control, and process stability in the heat treatment of large workpieces.
The equipment has a maximum load capacity of 60 tons. Its large furnace size and strong load-bearing capacity make it suitable for the heat treatment production of large workpieces.
Regarding temperature control, the equipment uses an intelligent temperature control instrument. Process parameters such as heating rate, holding time, and target temperature can be preset, achieving automatic control of the entire heating process. Simultaneously, the instrument can digitally display the setpoint and actual temperature values, allowing operators to monitor the equipment's operating status in real time.
The furnace features 14 temperature control zones, each controlled by a K-type thermocouple, which controls the burner system and furnace temperature. High-temperature resistant K-type compensating wires further enhance temperature detection stability under high-temperature conditions.
The intelligent control instrument is equipped with a protocol communication interface, allowing connection to a host industrial computer to form a distributed temperature control heating system, enabling centralized monitoring and automated management of the equipment.
This Bogie-hearth gas furnace has been successfully delivered to the customer's site in Suzhou. On-site assembly, commissioning, and operational verification will follow. Once operational, the equipment will provide the customer with a stable and efficient heating solution for the heat treatment of large workpieces.
