These units feature an effective working dimension of 6m × 3m × 2m and utilize an integrated, fully prefabricated manufacturing approach for the furnace body and load-bearing bogie assembly. With a transport width of 4.5 meters—classifying them as oversized cargo—the furnaces can be shipped as complete, intact units without the need for disassembly, thanks to established domestic logistics policies for oversized freight.
Amidst intensifying competition in the heat treatment equipment industry, we prioritize a workshop-based, fully prefabricated approach to minimize on-site installation work and shorten project lead times. The entire system—including the bogie base, travel rails, and furnace body—undergoes complete assembly and commissioning at our factory before shipment. Upon delivery, the customer simply needs to position and connect the unit; once wired and powered up, it is ready for immediate operation.
The equipment shipped consists of Boige-hearth Resistancefurnaces featuring a reinforced, heavy-duty bogie frame design. As the bogie frequently moves in and out of the furnace chamber, it is susceptible to wear from high temperatures and vibration; the reinforced frame structure effectively absorbs operational shocks, extends the bogie's service life, and reduces long-term maintenance and replacement costs for the customer.
The standard production cycle for this size of large bogie-hearth Resistance furnace is 25–30 days. The entire process—from furnace body welding and the installation of full-fiber insulation linings to the assembly of intelligent temperature control systems and bogie structural reinforcement—is completed to standardized specifications within our workshop.
