Recently, our company revisited a 2000×1500×900mm Bogie-hearth resistance furnace delivered to a customer in Anhui last year to understand its on-site operation.
We learned that the equipment has been officially put into production after installation and commissioning, mainly used for workpiece heating. Currently, it is operating smoothly with stable performance, meeting the customer's daily production needs.
The equipment adopts a fully automatic control system, enabling temperature control, heating rate adjustment, and automatic operation of mechanical movements, improving production efficiency and process stability. Simultaneously, the furnace body uses a new type of all-fiber insulation material, achieving energy savings of over 15% compared to traditional RT3 series resistance furnaces, with superior insulation performance and a longer service life.
Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with a full-Chinese touchscreen, making operation simple and intuitive. It also uses a power regulator to adjust the output power, resulting in more stable current, reducing the impact on the workshop power grid, and further improving the reliability of equipment operation.
This revisit provided further insight into the customer's actual usage. In the future, our company will continue to improve our products and after-sales service, providing customers with more stable and efficient industrial electric furnace equipment and heat treatment solutions.
