Well  nitriding furnace  series RQ3


Well  nitriding furnace  series RQ3 is mainly used for gas soft nitriding of various alloy steels or nitrogen protection heating after pre-vacuum. The operating temperature of the equipment is 750 ℃, the protective wall with a thickness of 8 mm is made of 321 stainless steel, the equipment is equipped with a pre-vacuum unit. A hot air circulation fan is installed on the furnace tank to ensure the uniformity of the nitrogen potential and the furnace temperature. The device can also be used for bright annealing of copper tubes.
