DZQL series of vertical high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace
DZQL series of vertical high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace is mainly used for vertical heating and rapid cooling on particular gas of stainless mould in the shape of ring or barrel, vacuum annealing of high-temperature alloys and magnetic materials, and it can also be used for solution treatment of stainless steel and titanium alloys, and for vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering of other materials.
Device host structure – vertical single-chamber, adopt under loading mode, furnace is composed of vertical furnace body, vacuum systems, water cooling system, air cooling system, pneumatic system, electronic control system, truck outside the furnace;
